  • Why do your parcels sometimes arrive separately?

    Our packing monsters take their job very seriously: for them, every creation deserves special attention. So instead of piling everything into one big box, they sometimes prefer to send your treasures on separate little journeys. The result? You get your parcels as a series of small surprises rather than one giant delivery all at once ✨. No worries: you will always receive your entire order (no monster keeps anything for themselves, promise!).

    The only extra passenger you might find is a sleepy little monster who accidentally dozed off on a comfy bubble wrap cushion… But don’t worry, they’re harmless (unless they find the chocolate 🍫).

Taxes and Customs Fees

  • Our furry monster may look cuddly, but he’s a true guardian of packages!

    Our monster-delivery guy is 100% committed—even if kids can’t stop running after him to cuddle his fluffy fur! Thanks to our partner workshops around the globe, your parcels almost always ship from the same country as you. The result: no nasty surprises with customs or hidden fees.

    But if our monster has to cross borders to reach you, any customs duties or extra fees remain your responsibility. (He would have loved to gobble them up for you, but he prefers to stay in shape… so he can run even faster to bring your package!).

Each item is made to order and printed with care for little and big dreamers. Through trusted partner workshops around the world, our designs come to life and are shipped from the place nearest to you for quicker delivery. We currently deliver to :

Delivery Fees

We offer free delivery to all countries we ship to, except for a few where local shipping costs require a small contribution. These fees are kept to the lowest possible amount, but remain unavoidable due to the rates charged for those destinations.

Estimated Arrival

Delivery usually takes between 5 and 15 days, including the time needed to create each piece with care.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking details. It will include your tracking number and a direct link to the delivery service so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Accessing Your Digital Products

Your digital products will be ready to enjoy as soon as your payment is confirmed. An email will be sent automatically with a secure download link—quick, simple, and safe. The link stays valid for 72 hours, and you may download your files as many times as you wish during that period.

Please note that all digital products are sold with a personal, non-transferable usage right. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold, and are strictly reserved for personal and family use by the customer who made the purchase.

Return Conditions

Because our products are printed individually and specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or refunds—this includes orders placed in the wrong size. Exceptions apply only if the product is misprinted, or defective.

Changes of mind, sizing errors, or personal preferences are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, as each item is made to order. Any parcels returned without prior agreement will be donated to a charitable organization after 30 days. Returns outside of confirmed defects are not covered and do not qualify for a refund.

Delivery Issues

  • For lost packages, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the loss is confirmed, we will arrange a reprint of your product. Please note that this does not apply if the issue is due to incorrect shipping details or if the order is marked as delivered but not received.

  • Defective Products:
    If a product arrives with a manufacturing error or defect, clear photos or videos should be provided as proof. After verification, a replacement will be reprinted and shipped at no cost. The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible. Please note that this does not apply to cases of misuse or customer error, nor to returns based on a change of mind, size, or design preference.
